A HOLE IN THE DEAL™

NAME, IMAGE & LIKENESS (NIL) RELEASE FORM

This Release establishes the rights and permissions associated with participation in A HOLE IN THE DEAL™ , produced and presented by Luxe Maverick, Inc.

This agreement (“Release”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Guest/Co-Host”) and Luxe Maverick, Inc. (“Producer”) for participation in the podcast titled A HOLE IN THE DEAL™ (the “Program”).

GRANT OF RIGHTS

By signing below, I grant Luxe Maverick, Inc. and its affiliates the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and broadcast the following, in any media format now known or hereafter developed:

My name, voice, likeness, image, and biographical information.
Any video, audio, or written recordings created during or in connection with my appearance on A HOLE IN THE DEAL™ .

This includes use for

Podcast distribution on platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other current or future distribution platforms.
Promotional content including social media, websites, advertisements, marketing materials, and related media.
Educational, commercial, and archival purposes.

NO COMPENSATION

I acknowledge that I will not receive monetary compensation for my participation or the use of my name, image, likeness, voice, or other materials covered by this Release unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participation is voluntary and granted in exchange for promotional visibility and professional exposure.

OWNERSHIP & EDITING

I understand that all recordings and materials created during or in connection with my participation are the sole property of Luxe Maverick, Inc.

Luxe Maverick, Inc. may edit, reproduce, modify, adapt, or otherwise prepare such recordings and materials for clarity, branding, formatting, distribution, promotion, or other authorized purposes.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final version before publication, broadcast, or distribution.

REPRESENTATION & WARRANTY

I affirm that:

I am 18 years of age or older.
I am legally authorized to sign this Release.
My participation will not violate the rights of any third party.
I have the authority to grant the rights described in this Release.

CONFIDENTIALITY

I agree not to disclose unreleased content, proprietary methods, confidential information, or internal communications relating to A HOLE IN THE DEAL™ or Luxe Maverick, Inc. , unless such information has already been made publicly available or disclosure is otherwise authorized in writing.

GOVERNING LAW

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
